At Beyond Marketing Pros, we value transparency and strive to ensure a seamless service experience. Please review our fulfillment and service agreement policies below:

Service Agreement Period

By accepting our services, you agree to an initial 6-month commitment. After the first 180 days, you will be transitioned to a month-to-month contract.

Termination Notice

We kindly request a minimum 15-day notice for service termination, though a 30-day notice is preferred to allow for smooth transitions and uninterrupted service.

Billing & Payment

All clients are required to participate in auto-billing by securely storing a credit/debit card or ACH payment method on file. The service fee is due in full upon acceptance of the agreement and before services commence.

Payment Delinquency

If payment is not made, services will be interrupted within five (5) days of non-payment. Should a balance remain unpaid, service suspension will occur until the balance is settled.

Early Termination

If the service agreement is terminated by the client before the initial 6-month period is complete, the remaining balance of the total agreement will be due immediately. This remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days following the termination.

Scope of Work & Additional Costs

The agreed-upon service fees are based on a fixed-cost structure for the outlined work. Should the scope of services change after the agreement, we will provide a detailed scope modification outlining any additional work and associated costs.

Non-Proratable Fees

Please note that service fees are not prorated under any circumstances. Full fees are due regardless of service start or end dates.
